Who I am
AI Coach Sandi is the coaching side of Sandbar Solutions, run by Sandra Walsh, trading as Sandbar Solutions. I'm based in the UK and I manage this website at aicoachsandi.com. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, contact me at sandi@sandbar-solutions.co.uk.
What data I collect
When you use the form on this site. I collect your name, your email address, where you are based, and your message. This is sent to me by Formspree, a form processing service. Formspree is GDPR compliant, with Standard Contractual Clauses in place for data transfers. You can read Formspree's privacy policy.
When you visit the site. This site uses Google Analytics to understand how many people visit, where they come from and which parts of the page they read. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser type, and the pages you view. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4. You can read Google's privacy policy. Cloudflare, which hosts this site, may collect basic server logs as part of its standard service. You can read Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Why I collect it
- To reply to your enquiry.
- To work out what you need and whether I'm the right person to help.
- To understand how people find and use this site, so I can improve it.
I do not use your data for marketing, newsletters or any other purpose unless you specifically ask me to.
How I store it
- Form submissions are delivered to my email inbox and stored in the Formspree dashboard.
- If we start working together, I keep your contact details and session notes in my own records.
- I do not share your data with third parties, except the services needed to run this site and process your enquiry: Formspree, Cloudflare and Google Analytics.
How long I keep it
- Enquiries that don't go any further: deleted within 6 months.
- Client data: kept for the duration of our work together and up to 6 years afterwards for tax and legal purposes.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR) you have the right to access, correct, delete or object to my processing of your data, and to ask for it in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email sandi@sandbar-solutions.co.uk. I'll respond within 30 days.
